The company brags about giving 20% higher salaries than the IT average in Zagreb, using that as an argument against raises. I don't see that I have a 20% higher salary compared to other department heads in QA, so thank you for being a good reality check and a CEO bullshit shredder.

Honestly, Tabu is something the market needed. I've been using it for quite a while and it definitely helped me in the past. Absolutely one of the more valuable things on the market right now, and my only regret is that people (employees) don't know how to use it more wisely.
